Those are Montgomery's tubercles, lahat ng tao may yan around the nipple, lalo na pag pregnant or breastfeeding kaya mas prominent, at that white stuff is totally natural glandular secretion na tumutulong sa nipple health. A few of us mums were also freaked out when we first noticed them, pero honestly wala lang siya, part ng body's way of preparing for breastfeeding! But if they're painful, swollen, or infected-looking, best to mention it to your OB or midwife just to be sure, para sa peace of mind mo lang.
