Ako lang ba naka experience ng mag insert sa primrose tas nawala di ko na makapa 😅 gamit ko middle finger ko. Huhuhu nag alala ako baka di ko sya nasagad. Anyways first time ko mag insert today. Any tips po para magawa ko sya ng maayos? Pano malaman na tama yung pagkalagay ko? Haysss.
Haha sis, don't worry, maraming tao ang nakaexperience ng ganyan, lalo na first time! The thing is, evening primrose oil is slippery talaga kaya madaling mawala or masakyan ng cervix, which is totally normal and nothing to worry about. Since it's your first time, maybe try using your index finger instead para mas control mo, or try inserting it habang nakalatag ka para easier ang insertion, a few of us mums swear na mas successful yung position na yun. You'll know it's in okay kung hindi ka mabagal maramdaman ang oil flowing down after a few minutes, and honestly wala masyadong "right way", ang importante lang is that you're inserting it regularly as advised, whether it goes deep or not. If you're still anxious about it or may other concerns, better check with your OB kasi sila lang makakasabi ng tama based sa your cervix position! Good luck, momsh!
