Positive or negative

After mths being away for work, my DH recently came home and we had sex. The next day, my breast felt so tender and the day after I started to feel nauseous too. I just finished my period abt4days before we had sex. Till now my breast is tender and I’m starting to hv more symptoms. Could I really be pregnant?
