No sign of Labor

any advices po? last check up sa ob july 17, close cervix pa. naka 21 capsule na din ng EPO bali 1 insert (morning) twice sa gabi. Hoping this coming july 24 mag open na cervix ko for follow up check up. and nag bre-Breast pump din ako for collecting my collustrum. while nag bbreast pump medyo nakaka feel ng contractions. pero aside that wala na. thanks in advance mga mhie.

Sis, nakakaintindi ako ng anxiety mo, waiting for labor signs when you're already so ready is super stressful! The good news is na may effort ka na with EPO (1 insert twice nightly is solid), and yung contractions you're feeling during pumping ay actually normal, sometimes the stimulation helps prepare the cervix. Keep doing what you're doing with the breast pumping dahil that's also great for collecting colostrum AND it can help soften things down there naturally. By July 24 check-up, hopefully makikita na ng OB mo changes! How are you feeling energy-wise otherwise, are you resting enough between pumping sessions, o stressed ka talaga sa waiting?
