Hi I'm in 36 weeks and 6 days my placenta is in grade 3 posterior. What does it mean?

Hiiii mama, congrats on being so close to your due date na! Grade 3 placenta just means your placenta is maturing, which is actually normal at 37 weeks, it's just your body's way of preparing for delivery, nothing to panic about. Ang posterior part lang means it's attached sa back wall ng uterus mo, which is also totally fine and super common! A few of my mum friends had the same at end of pregnancy and lahat ng delivery nila went smoothly, pero para sa peace of mind mo, best to ask your OB about what it means for your situation specifically kasi every pregnancy is different, they'll explain it better at your next check-up.
