Hi love! Congrats sa baby! But please check with your OB muna about the ubo at sipon, especially ngayon pa lang you're one month in, kailangan ma-ensure na safe lahat for baby. A few of us moms have been there, and honestly, it's always better to get the doctor's go-ahead first bago kumain or gumamit ng anything, even kung natural lang. Rest well, drink lots of water, at message your OB agad okay? You got this, mama!
