Leaking semasa hamil

Alamak, ni memang common habis kat first pregnancy! A few of my mum friends kena the same thing, leaking urine bila ketawa, bersin, or main dengan anak-anak kat rumah. It's because your pelvic floor muscles kena pressure dari baby yang growing, jadi agak weakened la. Try pelvic floor exercises (Kegel exercises), cakap je dengan doctor or midwife diorang boleh guide you, and usually hilang after you deliver, especially lepas you do the exercises during confinement period. Jangan lah malu to ask your gynae about it, trust me semua pregnant moms kena!
