Baby 1st meal

Oh dear, jangan risau too much ya, when baby starts solid food, it is actually quite common for their bowel movements to change, because their little tummy is still adjusting to the new food alongside breast milk. My own baby pun went through the same thing, sometimes a day or two without berak, and the doctor told me it can be normal during this transition period. That said, I would still suggest you check with your paediatrician just to be sure, especially if baby seems uncomfortable or the tummy looks bloated, they will be able to advise you best based on your baby's condition.
