Aww, I understand la how confusing it can be! Denyutan or twitching feelings in the uterus boleh jadi dari banyak benda, bukan semestinya tanda hamil je, bisa juga dari gas, muscle spasms, atau even hormonal changes. Sebab UPT ko negative, maybe good idea to wait a few days and try lagi, or just go see your doctor to make sure what's happening down there, especially if the feeling terus berlanjut.
