Overdue kena serah diri🥹

Aih sabar ya, memang sebak time ni! A few of my mum friends went through the same, they kena induce, some amalan berjalan banyak-banyak or minum dates, but at this stage doctor's advice yang paling penting lah, especially since dah approaching the deadline. Try not to stress too much (easier said than done, I know!) because stress actually boleh delay labour more, so rest when you can and just trust the process, your body and baby tau apa yang kena buat!
