Berdebar di trimester ketiga

Alamak, aku rasa jugak masa third trimester, tiba-tiba je jantung start palpitate especially time tengah relax or lepas turun tangga! A few of my mum friends siap worried they kena heart issues, tapi most of us just kena reassure by our gynae that it's super normal, uterus besar pressing on stuff, hormone changes, and our heart working extra hard to pump for two, so memang ada palpitations. That said, kalau it's happening very frequently or you're feeling dizzy, shortness of breath, or chest pain tu, better check with your doctor cepat-cepat just to be safe!
