Alergik cempedak

Eh, I haven't heard of many pregnant mums having cempedak allergies specifically, tapi allergy symptoms boleh memang worse during pregnancy sebab hormones, a few of my mum friends had random food aversions yang pastu hilang after delivery! The safest thing is to just avoid cempedak altogether la during pregnancy, better safe than sorry, and check with your doctor or midwife to confirm if it's a true allergy or just pregnancy nausea. Kesian if you craving cempedak, but your baby's safety comes first kan, hopefully makan fruit lain je for now!
