Aww mama, don't be so hard on yourself lah, c-section with a baby not even a year old is tough, but so many of us have been there, and you will get through it, I promise! A few mum friends of mine did the same thing and honestly, the second recovery was faster than they expected because they knew what to expect already. The feeling down is so normal, especially with the hormones and lack of sleep, but maybe talk to your OB or even a counsellor if the sadness feels heavy, postpartum depression is real and nothing to be ashamed about. You've got this, and your babies will be okay, mama, one step at a time!
