Aiyah, kak, prolonged bleeding like that definitely kena see a doctor soon, don't wait, okay? Could be many things, and your doc needs to check properly to rule out anything serious. A few of us mums went through confusing postpartum bleeding too, and honestly it's hard to tell yourself if it's lochia (nifas) or period when they overlap, timing-wise it could be either, but three weeks of continuous bleeding isn't normal lah. Better safe than sorry, get it checked out as soon as you can, whether it's your GP or a women's clinic. Jangan delay, sis!
