From what I understand, the accuracy of the scan can vary depending on baby's position and how the measurements are taken, so there is always a margin of error, sometimes up to 10-15%. That is why doctors always remind us that the scan estimate is just a guide, bukan figure yang pasti, so it is so important to keep attending all check-ups especially closer to your due date so they can monitor properly.
