Aiyoh, headaches in first trimester memang common because of the hormonal changes, but it can be quite draining lah! Try drinking more water, getting enough rest, and doing some gentle stretches or walks if you can, sometimes dehydration and stress make it worse, you know. Cool compress on the forehead or neck juga boleh help, and make sure you're eating properly so your blood sugar doesn't drop. Since you're in the first trimester, best to check with your doctor or midwife before taking any medicine, just to be safe for the baby. Hang in there, mummy, hopefully it gets better soon!
