FM TO BF.

Hai! Okay so I switched from FM to full BF around month 3, and honestly memang challenging masa awal-awal because supply takes time to build up, but it's doable! A few of my mum friends did the same, kena consistent dengan pumping schedule dulu to stimulate, then slowly introduce direct latch sampai baby dapat handle. The first few weeks nipples akan sakit gila (Mama's Choice Nipple Cream memang helped me get through that period because it's safe for breastfeeding), but once latch proper and supply established, it gets so much easier. Kena patient lang with yourself and baby, doesn't happen overnight, but worth the effort!
