Subsidied patient but follow through same consultant

I understand your worry, but honestly the subsidy and private thing can be confusing lah. From what I know, if you're already registered as a subsidised patient with your consultant at a restructured hospital like KKH, you can usually continue seeing that same doctor on the subsidy scheme throughout your pregnancy unless you specifically ask to switch to private. The consultant doesn't need you to go private just to keep following you.
