8 months pure breastfeed
8 months na si lo ko, pure bf. And lately, ang sakit ng breast ko pag nagbebreastfeed sya. Parang pati ugat ko, madedede nya na sa sakit mag suck. Any tips and thoughts bakit ganon mga momsh. 🥲
Aw momsh, 8 months in at may pain pa, that's tough talaga! Could be latch na nag-shift (babies change their suck as they grow), or sometimes teething pressure makes them pull differently, or your skin might just be more sensitive na from months of nursing, kaya I'd really suggest checking in with your OB or a lactation consultant to rule out anything like thrush or tissue damage. In the meantime, a few of us tried Mama's Choice Nipple Cream (it's safe while breastfeeding and sobrang effective) and applying warm compress before feeds to ease the tension. Hoping it gets better soon, you're doing amazing na rin na pure BF this long!
