7 years itch - is it real? Is it deadly? How do you overcome it?

Only real if you think it is. Personally, it doesn't make sense to think that it is real because it would mean that all human beings are "hardwired" to be tempted to stray after seven years of being with the same person. To me, I think as long as one does not even consider the notion, the person will not be tempted. There is no need to "resist" or "overcome" anything if the "thing" doesn't exist. Just my two cents. :)
