Baby turns red during feeds

My 7 week old baby will take a long mouth full at each feed (either formula or eBM), ranging between 30 to 60ml at one go. But then after burping him, he will turn red at the next mouth, fussing and crying but his lips still smack when we remove the bottle. Any advice pls or if your LO also had the same symptoms?

yes it happens almost every feed, especially those earlier in the day. he takes between 30 to 60 mins for each feed and it is exhausting cos he used up his wake window just drinking milk! Will try breaking up the feeds. thanks mummies!
