Withdrawal method/Fertility Apps

6 months na po kami nag wiwithdrawal ni Mister, and as of now po medyo okay naman ang result, sinasabayan ko din po ang pag gamit nang fertility app. Tanong ko lang po if may same ko dto na hindi nabuntis after gumamit nang apps while doing withdrawal method. Salamat. Ngayong month kasi nadelay ako 2 days pero dinatnan naman ako after 2 days , baka lang kasi hindi ito safe. Salamat

Abstinence is the only 100% effective contraception. So syempre, may possibility pa ring mabuntis with withdrawal and calendar. Having said that, personally, we also use a combination of withdrawal, condom and calendar method, and no unwanted pregnancy pa naman in 5 years. Nagdadagdag rin ako ng extra 2-3 days before and after my fertile period para mas sure.
