Afternoon naps
Hi! 5 years old girl doesn't want to nap in the afternoon. Is it fine for toddlers to skip afternoon naps?

My kids transitioned out of naps at different ages - one at three and one at five. I did make them have quiet time in the afternoons but I didn’t force them to sleep or stay in bed after half an hour of not falling to sleep.
