Bleeding After 5 Months Post-CS

Hi! 5 months post partum po ako last May. And I bled for 5 days. I thought nag menstruate na po ako. But delayed na po ako for 1 month+++. I was TOO TIRED because of work nung May. Feeling ko po nag bleed ako ulit. Is it possible? Usually 7 days po talaga menstruation ko and regular po ako. BTW, repeat CS na po to this time. Should I go visit my OB again? No pain as of the moment except nung nag bleed ako, my body was aching and Iʼm kind of feverish po. Baka kasi may nakaexperience po ng ganito sainyo mga mumsh. Thank you
