Adequate sleep is very important to recharge and get ready for the next day Regular physical activities like jogging, playing with your kids, gardening, any physical activities that we love Build a healthy eating habits Self care / me time is very helpful so we can have some alone time to meditate, relax and do the things that will make us happy Spend quality time with our loved ones, with the people we care and share laughters with Hey, friends!
