4/5 serah diri. Mucus plug dh keluar. Darah pun dh keluar minggu lepas. Exercise dah, tawaf kat mall dah berjam. Air kelapa pun dh minum. Tapi masih xde contraction dan bukaan. Mcmana ye. Ibu ibu ada yg mcm saya tak 😰
Aiyo mama, I can feel your anxiety! But please lah, since you're 4/5 dilated and the mucus plug is out, you really need to call your doctor or go to the hospital now, don't wait at home. Better safe than sorry, especially when you're this far along. A few of my mum friends were in the same boat, mucus plug out, dilated, but no strong contractions yet, and the doctor said they needed to be monitored.
