Hay nako, yan talaga ang postpartum skin issues na hindi nila sinasabi sa hospital! Ako din may similar experience, sobrang itchy na parang allergic reaction, at a few of us moms sa group namin noticed it happens when hormones are still settling down, kaya talaga dapat i-check mo sa dermatologist or OB mo kasi sometimes it needs proper medication, especially if medyo severe na. Mine settled down na after a few months, but some of my friends needed antihistamines or topical steroids from their doctor, so better safe than sorry na lang talaga. In the meantime, try mo avoiding triggers like synthetic fabrics, and use gentle, fragrance-free soaps lang, pero definitely get it checked para ma-rule out kung ano exactly ang cause, okay?
