Ang baby mo ay totally on track, mama! At 3 months, lahat ng ginagawa niya, rolling, pulling, tongue play, even the loud laugh, normal lang at sign na developing siya well, so don't worry. The ear-pulling and drooling might just be teething starting early or sensory exploration, which is actually good; a few of us noticed our babies do this around this age, and one of my mum friends' son did the same at 3+ months tapos teethed early, just keep an eye kung may fever or swelling, pero most likely exploratory lang. Keep doing tummy time and playing with colorful toys dahil alam mo naman that's how they develop, and the sleep pattern niya (1-2 consecutive night sleep, shorter daytime naps) is still very normal for 3-month-olds, not all babies sleep long stretches yet!
