37 weeks and 6 days

Ay, 3cm na sa 37 weeks! That's good progress, mama, some of us didn't even get there until much later, so your body is doing its thing. Wala pang contractions pero it can still start anytime, so stay active if you can, walks, pelvic tilts, all of that, but honestly, baby will come when baby is ready talaga, hindi mo kailangan i-rush. I'd definitely check with your OB about what they want you to watch out for at this point, kasi puwede siya mag-advise based sa full picture ng pregnancy mo. Breathe lang, mama, you're so close na!
