Sobrang exciting na, mama! Ang bloody show is such a good sign, marami sa amin na dumaan dito, at talagang nagtuloy-tuloy talaga ang labor after na. One of my mum friends swears by staying active, light walking around the house or sa garden, pag kaya mo, kasi tumutulong talaga ito sa gravity and baby's positioning, pero take it easy lang at don't overdo it. A few of us din tried pelvic exercises, warm baths to relax, at staying hydrated, lahat yan nakatulong to ease the pain while waiting. Honestly, distraction helps din a lot during the early phase kasi sometimes the waiting feels longer than the actual labor, kaya watch shows or chat with family to keep your mind busy. Fingers crossed na magsimula na talaga ang contractions soon! Still best to check with your OB regularly about any changes and what's safe for you personally, pero you're already in good hands.
