The Braxton Hicks (yung tigas ng tyan mo) can last for weeks, kaya frustrating talaga, pero it's your body practicing lang para sa actual labor. Try walking pa rin if you can kasi tumutulong, and rest when you need to, save your energy for the real thing na! But if you're worried or may other symptoms, best to check in with your OB lang para peace of mind, okay?
