Since cervix dah starting to open at 38+ weeks and you're past the due date, definitely jangan delay lagi, call your hospital or go in again sebab they'll want to monitor baby and possibly induce if contractions tak pick up. The waiting game is the hardest part, I get it, tapi better safe to get checked again than wait at home wondering if this is it or not!
