Aww mama, at 37+ weeks yan ay normal na, ang perineum mo ay nag-aadapt para sa labor, kaya may stretching at pressure sensations talaga. But if ang pain ay sudden, intense, or may swelling/bleeding, please go to your OB or hospital agad, ha? A few of us moms experienced the same thing near delivery, at ang dokter assured us it's part ng preparation. Keep your area clean, try warm baths kung kaya, at rest as much as you can. You're almost there, mama!
