Ayyy first time mom ka pa lang, kaya mo yan! Sa mga mommy friends ko, most of them took EPO for about a week or two before they started dilating, pero talaga, every pregnancy is different, some dilate faster, iba mas matagal, so don't stress too much if it takes a bit longer. The important thing is your OB is monitoring you, kaya just follow her instructions with the EPO and attend your check-ups regularly para sure na lahat okay. Good luck, mama, you're almost there na!
