35 weeks dan sakit ari ari

Ahhh I know exactly what you mean, 35 weeks is really the heavy stage kan, a few of us in the mum group complained about the same thing, especially after walking around or getting out of the car! The body ache and that pulling feeling is super common at this stage, and the itching macam semua badan gatal-gatal tu I think related to the skin stretching and hormones jugak. But since you're having quite a bit of discomfort and the itching is bothering you, best to mention it to your doctor or midwife at your next checkup just to make sure everything's okay, especially to rule out anything like cholestasis or just the normal stretching pains. In the meantime try to rest as much as possible, avoid long walks, and maybe ask your hubby or someone to do the errands for you lah, these last few weeks really need to take it easier!
