Hay nako, that sounds uncomfortable talaga, especially at 33 weeks when everything's already swollen and achy! I haven't dealt with this personally, but I'd really encourage you to mention it to your OB asap kasi they'll know best kung paano manage it safely while you're preggers, sometimes cysts go down on their own, sometimes they need attention, pero definitely hindi DIY situation especially ngayon. Hoping it feels better soon, mama!
