Tired in 3rd trimester

Am at 32 weeks now. Feeling unusually tired and slight head heaviness. Is it normal to feel this way in 3rd trimester?

yes, i'm in 3rd tri too. feeling tired from when i wake up due to lack of proper sleep (keep turning, going toilet, hungry in middle of the night)
