Hay, ito talaga ang scary stage! A few of us mums noticed na pag ganito, sometimes it's just a phase or they're not feeling well, could be teething, upset stomach, or kahit naman stressed lang siya. Kailangan mo talaga mag-check with her doctor agad para sure, especially kung ganito na for days na, kasi the water-only thing worries me na para sa hydration at nutrition niya. In the meantime, try offering small bits ng favorite foods niya, nothing forced, at make mealtimes calm lang, walang pressure. Hoping it's just a phase and she'll be back to normal soon, pero definitely get her checked out ha!
