Haah, I think a few of us went through that in 2nd trimester, macam the urge je hilang for a few days, but when it comes it's fine, no actual constipation. Hormones during pregnancy boleh jadi macam tu, they slow down your digestive system even if you're not technically constipated. But since you're in 2nd trimester and it's been going on, maybe check with your doc just to make sure everything's okay and ask if you need to adjust your diet or water intake, sometimes adding more fiber or staying really hydrated helps!
