Hello mi, try to eat a lots of leafy vegetables or foods that high in fiber po. Try to eat hinog na papaya mi and drink more water po. 😊

not safe po ang papaya sa buntis

Drink plently of water po and eat vegie na high fiber. Magiging normal po bowel movements nyo. :)
