7w2d supposedly almost 9w

2 minggu lepas saya pergi scan untk confirmkan pregnancy. time tu Dr scan, baby 6w5d. Hari ni slps 2mggu baby hanya 7w2d. No heartbeat found, doc ckp sb kecil lg while last 2w ada ja heartbeat. Dr suruh repeat scan lg 2mngu. Btw both scan via TVS. So far mmg xada alahan apa2 or perubahan apa2. Perlu ke saya risau pasal miscarriage? tp saya tak sakit prt or bleeding stkt ni. Risau sb 1st pregnancy slps 5thun.

Sayang, I know this is scary, first pregnancy after 5 years mesti rasa macam pressure sikit. But honestly, growth discrepancies like this happen, and the fact that you're feeling okay, no bleeding, no pain is a good sign. Still, please trust your doctor's timeline for the repeat scan in 2 weeks instead of googling yourself into worry, TVS scans in early pregnancy can have measurement differences, and only another scan will give you clearer answers. For now, take care of yourself, eat well, rest when you can, and try not to spiral (I know, easier said than done!). Your anxiety is valid, tapi it won't change the outcome, just focus on the next appointment. Sending you strength, mama.
