Ay nako, acid reflux during pregnancy is really uncomfortable talaga! Personally hindi ako nag-request specifically sa OB, I just mentioned it during my check-up and sabi niya safe ang certain antacids like Maalox or Gaviscon, pero mas importante yung lifestyle changes muna, like eating smaller meals, avoiding spicy food, and not lying down right after eating, which helped me a lot. Pero kung two days na and sobrang uncomfortable ka pa rin, better bring it up sa OB mo sa next visit or call na lang para malaman kung anong safe gawin, especially if you're breastfeeding pa or planning to.
