Watery green poop

Mama, please bring baby to the doctor or nearest clinic right away, one week ng green watery poop needs to be checked, lalo na kung may other signs like fever, hindi kumakain, or dehydrated. A few of us mums have learned the hard way na it's better to get it checked early para ma-rule out any infection or digestive issue.
