Oo normal yan, lalo na if madami ang clots or if you had a difficult delivery! A few of us talked about it sa aming mommy group at lahat nag-experience, kaya don't worry. Pero if ang sakit is super intense or may unexpected bleeding pa, better check with your OB just to be safe kasi baka may small tear or infection na kelangan i-address. Ang recovery ay talaga namang uncomfortable those first few weeks, but it should gradually feel better!
