Honestly, it really varies, some of my mum friends got their period back after 3-4 months of breastfeeding, while iba naman ay delayed pa rin after a year because ng exclusive breastfeeding, kaya walang tiyak talaga. The best thing is to just be ready anytime, pero definitely bring it up sa OB mo during your check-up para ma-confirm kung normal ang timeline mo based sa kung paano ka nagbreastfeed.
