Aww, I get it, ang hirap ng feeling na stuck sa 1cm, especially ngayon na malapit na ang due date. Honestly, some mamas dilate super slowly and then suddenly jump to 3-4cm in one contraction, so hindi lang yan ang indicator ng labor, sometimes the body just needs more time, or sometimes the baby's position pa lang needs to shift. Pero since you're already 38+ weeks, definitely worth checking with your OB kung may updates on baby's position, effacement, or if induction is something to talk about, kasi they can give you a better picture ng what's happening vs. just the dilation number alone. Hang in there, your baby will come out!
