19w4d harini . seluar dalam kerap basah , kenapa ye ? rasanya 1st pregnancy dulu ada jugak macamni tapi dh 3rd trimester , ingat ingat lupa dah . Tak banyak pun keluar tapi kerap . perut okay tak sakit , bby pun aktif je .
Normal je ni dalam pregnancy, hormon dan increased discharge memang biasa terutama from 2nd trimester onwards, a few of my mum friends had the same thing throughout, especially earlier pregnancies! Tapi since you're noticing it frequently, just check with your doctor kat next appointment to confirm it's normal discharge and bukan anything else, terutama sebab you're only at 19 weeks so lagi lama lagi you carry. In the meantime, pakai panty liners aja to keep comfortable, and make sure you're changing them regularly to avoid any irritation. Good sign that perut okay and baby aktif, so most likely you're just dealing with pregnancy hormones working overtime!
