At 18 weeks, baby is still super mobile inside at nagbabago ng position regularly, so nakadapa or any position is totally normal, walang dapat alalahanin dito, yan lang ginagawa nila habang lumalaki. The amniotic fluid gives them plenty of room to move around and flip, so baby will be in different positions throughout your pregnancy na, especially pag maliit pa lang sila. One of my mum friends was worried din about the same thing, pero sabi ng OB niya na hanggang 34-36 weeks pa lang importante ang head-down position para sa delivery, bago yan, baby normally changes positions pa rin. For peace of mind though, mention it sa next check-up mo with your OB and they can confirm baby's position sa ultrasound na, that's what I always do pag may tanong!
