Pening teramat

Alamak, pening setiap hari memang tak best, tapi quite common during pregnancy lah, hormones, blood volume changes, semua boleh trigger. Tapi yang pening at the back of head dengan eye blackouts when you stand up, that one kena check dengan doctor la, especially since you're only 16 weeks; better safe than sorry, sebab boleh jadi blood pressure issue or other things that need monitoring. A few of my mum friends had similar experiences and their doctors just did some simple checks, so jangan stress, tapi jangan delay jugak.
