better check with your OB po.. depende po yan sa severity ng pain. yung sa experienced ko my history na ako ng back pain and sciatica kaya ita expected but if unbearable sabi ni OB i have to check with my ortho na mag sympathy sa mga pregnant. regarding sakit ng ulo, we dont know the real cause kaya mas maigi po magpacheckup. keep safe
